Halsey ‘SNL’ Performance Of “Bad At Love” – WATCH VIDEO
Halsey performed “Bad At Love” on this week’s “SNL.” The track is the second single off from her album, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom. See the video below of Halsey’s performance on “Saturday Night Live.”
This is marks Halsey’s debut on the sketch comedy show. It’s not her first time, though, singing “Bad At Love” on live TV. As Gossip Cop previously reported, Halsey performed the song on “Good Morning America” in October.
In the music video for “Bad At Love,” Halsey rides her motorcycle in the desert to a gas station. While there with three girlfriends, who drove in a convertible, she looks at a newspaper that has her face on it under with the word “Wanted.” Next, her pals help her escape being detected by two cops, who also pulled up to the station. The four women then laugh as they speed off to safety in the desert. The video was released at the end of August, and to date it has been viewed nearly 75 million times on YouTube.
“Bad At Love,” which is about how the singer has been unsuccessful in her relationships with both men and women, has been a commercial success. The single reached number six on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number one on its Dance Club Songs and Dance/Mix Show Airplay charts. It also peaked at eight on the Adult Top 40 chart.
Halsey just wrapped the North American leg of her “Hopeless Fountain Kingdom World Tour.” It began on September 29 in Uncasville, Connecticut and took the singer across the U.S. and Canada to several cities, including Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, and Toronto. Since then, she participated in the various Jingle Balls in the U.S. before Christmas.
After “SNL,” Halsey is slated for concerts in Australia and New Zealand. Check out the video below of Halsey performing “Bad At Love” on this week’s “Saturday Night Live.”
