June 12 (UPI) — Jennifer Garner is launching a brand new initiative to advertise kindness and group.

The 47-year-old actress mentioned in an Instagram submit Wednesday she hopes to encourage random acts of kindness with the #SparkKindness initiative with Walmart.

“Everybody is aware of that acts of kindness make us stronger and create a real sense of group. I am excited to #SparkKindness with Walmart, which can have me on the hunt for random acts of kindness — huge and small — each day,” she wrote.

Garner kicked off the initiative by visiting a faculty in Alpaugh, Calif., to scrub up the grounds and plant a small backyard. She mentioned she was impressed by the varsity’s literacy, numeracy and psycho-social applications.

“I am unable to inform you how nice it felt to go away behind a group I do know can use a little bit love,” the star mentioned. “Goodness spreads and a little bit kindness goes a great distance.”

Actress Becki Newton and comic Chelsea Handler voiced their assist for Garner within the feedback.

“One of many many causes I feel you are fairly darn superb,” Newton wrote.

“Lovely,” Handler added.

Garner instructed Individuals she hopes #SparkKindness will encourage others to do good of their communities.

“These random acts of kindness are taking place throughout us, on a regular basis, all over the place,” she mentioned. “The smallest acts — choosing up trash at a neighborhood park, volunteering at a shelter, shopping for a cup of espresso for somebody who wants it — make the world a happier, extra light place.”
