Lady fatally stabbed over Philly parking spot dispute

Philadelphia Police have arrested a lady who allegedly stabbed one other girl to loss of life throughout a dispute over a parking spot on Tuesday evening.

Police put this description out and 14th district officers did an excellent job,” Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small advised ABC Philly. “About three blocks away they noticed a feminine becoming that description with the crimson braids, the pink shorts.
