Miley Cyrus was hospitalized on Tuesday (Oct. 8), and took to her Instagram story to hope for a speedy recovery ahead of her scheduled performance at Gorillapalooza, which will benefit The Ellen Fund and its global conservation efforts for endangered species.
Though she didn’t specify what she is in the hospital for, a number of outlets have reported the singer is struggling with tonsilitis. “Trying to heal as quick as I can to make it to Gorillapalooza w @theellenshow @portiaderossi @brunomars this weekend! Send gooooood vibes my way!” she wrote alongside a selfie of herself in the hospital bed.
“Hoping the Rock star G*DS send me boost of bad ass and help me kick this shit to the curb where it belongs! We got gorillas to save!” she continued.
